    I like Leggs #10. I mix 50/50 Venison and Pork. Add seasoning, mix well then add one bottle of Pure Maple Syrup and blend again.
    The syrup gives it a light maple flavor. Just remember to lower the heat when you cook it so that it does not scorch from the sugars

      Have used the same. If you want it with a hint off sage its great. Less sage and pepper then #6 and #10 by leggs
