Oyster dressing.
1. Butter a small casserole.
2. Add layer of crushed saltines.
3. Place oysters to cover saltines.
4. Drop pats of butter on oysters.
5. Add a splash of Louisiana style hot sauce and a few drops of Worcestershire. Maybe hit it with a little of that 2-step and some Gator Drool.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 for 2 or 3 more layers depending on size of dish.
7. Add top layer of crushed saltines.
8. Pour oyster liquor and heavy cream over top.
9. Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes.
It’s money dude.

I always get a big bunch of asparagus..not the big fat stalks but the ones about the diameter of a pencil, coat them with olive oil, lightly brush them with you main seasoning that you put on the rib roast and them grill them in the pit for a few minutes. Doesn't take long. I've also done the same with fresh cut green beans but cooked them in the air fryer. When my brides wakes up I'll ask her at what temp and for how long she cooks the green beans.
