Nothing to crazy on my end. My neighbor fry's quail legs for breakfast on Christmas and i always seem to benefit though.

Usually BBQ and tamales on Christmas eve. Finger food type stuff while we play games and drinking adult beverages.

      And prime rib on Christmas.

Usually have Mexican. Started with leftover turkey from Thanksgiving for homemade turkey enchiladas.

15 lbs of fried shrimp. Son and one of the grandsons try to see who can eat the most. They try to top the Patriarch's record of 53 set back 51 yrs ago but they are rookies.

I have always fired up the grill and griddle and made my version of Birria tacos but my wife wants to move that to New Year's Day and our new tradition (starting this year) will be me smokin a few slabs of ribs, wife's potato salad, big pot of frijoles...she makes THE BEST pintos, period
Top that off with her famous buttermilk pie

We do gumbo on Christmas eve and beef tenderloin on Christmas day. My wife's side does gumbo as well Christmas eve and then Christmas day they do a traditional style Thanksgiving type dinner but also have homemade grape leaves.

Usually pork, chicken, and bean tamales. Pozole or menudo, ribs, and a cabbage with tomato with lime juice salad.

Christmas Eve is Mexican food with my dads side of the family followed by some sort of firearm blasting. Favorite day of the year.
