When do the new bows come out? asking for a friend

Thinking about switching from my current Remington 700 rifle to the new Remington 700. If the bow kills animals why switch? Never understood the guys that chase the new bows every year. Most bow manufactures just change some wording about changes they made that most of us don’t understand anyway and we think we have to have it because it’s new. Ever tried to sell a 2 year old bow compared to a 2 year old rifle?

Like the original poster stated, his Bow is about 12 years old.....alot of bow technology and improvements have came in the past 12 years, including new manufacturers
