When do the new bows come out? asking for a friend

Actually am asking for a friend. My son's friend is thinking about getting a bow and hunting with it. I told him I'd help him look for good used bow.

Figure when the new bows come out there may be some decent ones on the market. He has about a 26" draw length, so may be hard to find one that fits him.

so...when do the new bows hit the market? Hmmm, mines about 12 years old, maybe time for me as well.

For 2023 Mathews, Bowtech, Bear, Elite and Hoyt as came out already....maybe some others too but most are already out for next year

I keep hoping to be “wowed”…. And ….. just can’t upgrade just yet. Definitely some awesome offerings from all the majors especially if your shooting something 7+ years old!!!

I'd like to upgrade, but My old Z7 shoots well & I can't justify the amount new bows cost.

You can easily jump into a 3-4 year old bow from the z7 and experience what will seem like light years of advancement. Without taking the major hit of a new flagship

Well I think I am going to take the leap and get a new bow this year. I have owned only one bow, shot only one bow, and only needed the one bow I have. However, it has been 10 years and I am ready to shoot what's out there and choose a bow that I love. It can be brand new or a later model.

I am open to Matthews, Bowtech, or Hoyt and my current bow is a Bowtech Assassin. I have a 27in draw length and the bow is strictly for hunting purposes.

I am curious about the Bowtech Solution, V3 (29 or 31?)...well really any of the big 3 from brand new to last few years bows. Especially after reading low fence mention it will seem like light years in advancement. Kinda intrigued to see what is out there.

Should I go to West Houston Archery or Texas Archery as far as who has the most inventory on bows to try?
