Recently I was fortunate enough to get invited to New Mexico for an elk hunt. I wasn't provided much information on the front end, just had to commit with more to follow! Ended up leaving on Friday the 7th to meet up in Grants and then convoy to the ranch. Usually on a hunt there is always something you look back on and say, "that could have been better". This was not one of those trips! Everything from the lodging, food, and actual hunt itself was off the charts! All in all, I saw more elk than all of my previous elk trips combined and ended up connecting on a nice 6X6 the first afternoon! The whole experience just could not have been any better! Here is to the future and more adventures
