We're going into the AZ draw this yr with 11 pts (thanks to the extortion/bribery they exhibit for a $300 bonus point for "hunter ed", that doesn't even qualify as hunters ed).

If not successful this year, prob going to UT (have 1 pt for deer and elk are otc).

Yep, they like to add some BS way to spend more money and get one more bonus point for the suckers every few years... (i'm one of those suckers and forked over the $300 to learn about more ways to spend money in AZ !
