Tore my left pretty good. Ortho told me surgery would be best but most likely lead to arthritis in my future. I elected to ride out and let it heal on its own. Took a good 6 months to even consider doing anything strenuous on it. I still try to baby it. I did not want any chance of arthritis to come in the picture.

I've torn the meniscus twice in my left knee and once in the right. Had arthritis in both knees. Tried the shots and gels which gave temporary relief but in the end really didn't help that much. Had a total knee replacement done on the 8th on the right. Started PT on the 10th here at the ranch with a therapist. And mam, I apologize again, but you oughtta let a guy know when you're gonna push that knee to a 90 degree angle.
I'm pushing the PT hard when I do it. She changed the dressing out monday and HOLY SHEET. I took a picture of it cause I been known to add a lb or two to a fish and couple of points on the bucks, but I got proof now.
