Are we really holding a conversation about hunting 1.27 acres?

There is a 1.25 acre lot for sale right now in our addition, asking $239k. Crazy times.

Just saying if you lose that adjacent lease for any reason then you may also lose your ability to track deer onto that property.
Your 1.27 A may look at lot smaller then.

1.27 if out of state hunter would still have to draw and not guaranteed a tag every year. Something to think about if solely hunting, in that case, "can I buy you a beer?" I will take care of the property in years you don't draw a tag

Nothing I will ever have to deal with. Owning land is a pipe dream in my world!

The OP is known to knock down some toads…I wouldn’t laugh out loud at any plan he’s putting together

I’ll go in halves with you. If we get one good year, it’s cheaper than what I pay.

Where would you park on the 1.27 acres while hunting it etc… seems way to small and something you’d never be able to resell if you had to

I haven’t read your entire thread, but they can fence you off for a fraction of what you are looking at paying.

I just saw a parking space in a downtown Denver garage for sale at $58,500 and you couldn’t fit an F250 in it.
