I would probably do a small sample batch of frying it. Hot grease kills a lot. Keep in mind folks eat raw fish and pay good money for it.

Why freeze it? It will never be as good as it is right now. It likely is fine now, but shelf life may be shortened. I would say crack a beer and fry it up, but it sounds like you had enough for the week yesterday��

Yeah it's quite a bit, and I'd just got done frying up another big batch when I went to put those away. No idea what happened, I left the chamber vac open and powered on as well and all the bags out on the table. I was super tired, must have had a FJB moment and just blanked out.

I’d toss em in some hot oil. 11hrs inside your house they’re fine. I wouldn’t even bother smelling them.

If they weren't bagged in a wet/warm environment I wouldn't really think twice about it. They were well above 46 degrees immediately when left out, so probably 11 hours or so.

I would trash them.
