No problem the only reason you do not have more wiggle room with this bed is due to it being a skirted model if you can find a rd model you can probably make it work if you know how to weld just put under body boxs on it.

"Not a cab and chassis truck" in order for it to fit the truck it needs to have a cab to axle measurement of 58" so from the back of the cab to the center of the rear axle. With a frame width of no more then 42" should fit dodge and some ford models but you would have to measure the truck you plan on using. Look up cm bed" SK86975842"
        Thanks for the info!

I know a welder who might be looking for a flat bed, if things don'tworkoutwiththeothermembershere. He runs cattle too. I'll check with him Monday as to size needed.

The fish are biting, and there's hogs to be kill-t. Gotta go!

I’m going thru and divorce and don’t have access to my shop or tools so I called a place that sells flat beds about removing this flatbed. To remove the flatbed and install a regular bed back on my truck they quoted me $1,000. I thought that was pretty steep but don’t really know what it entails. Does these price seem high or about right?

Sounds about right. Think I was quoted $500 for my flatbed to be installed

We charge about 900 to take a normal bed off and install a flat bed so they are not that far off
