      Or land around you sells for stupid $$$ and now your new tax rate is based on “stupid rate” that you can’t meet when relying on raising cattle.
      Or everyone around you now has Wind Turbines on their property.
      Or it is just you and your children moved away & very seldom come home

        You are ag exemp with cattle so the taxes don’t much matter. Unless you have a big home site and an expensive house.
