I think I would send it but I KNOW that my wife would. She deals with these state agencies all the time in our office and deals with total incompetence.

I send stuff like that to the Railroad Commission all the time, I'll scan the letter back to them and say check your email on such date. Sometimes I have to do it 2 or 3 times.
