Maybe it’s a matter of opinion but I hardly consider Pompano an inshore saltwater fish.

I immediately thought Flounder, but honestly might be going with Sheepshead. We ate one a few weeks ago that tasted like fried oysters. So I'm gonna say if *I* have to clean it then flounder, if somebody else is cleaning it I'll go with Sheepshead.
