We must be related. Even though I’m old enough to remember the name we weren’t rich enough for such fine fashion.

The new jeans with pre made rips and tears don’t count!
I could send you a dozen pictures of my 8 yr old boy's jeans. Most of them have holes in the knees. We keep a couple Sunday go to meeting pair hanging up he is not allowed to play in.

I have nightmares about the felony injustice of having to wear garanimals in elementary school. If you bought matching animals on shirts and pants, they would color coordinate.

Yep, remember them well along with the iron denim patches. Mom always ordered one pair of each color. That made for some interesting patches.

Those Tuf Nut jeans were also hard to wear out!

Went through many pairs of Toughskins when I was a kid. I was so rough on jeans that my mom ironed patches on the inside and outside before I even got to wear them. And add one more to the HUSKY list.

Pretty sure we had Toughskin and Husky jeans

Also pretty sure Chew just triggered something with the Garanimal reference

Randy the reason kids don't have holes in jeans is 99.9% don't play outside crawling around with Tonkas in the dirt, gravel and grassburs

According to what I see in Highland park, when their jeans get holes in them, their moms take em away and wear them.

I never have understood why women want to wear tore up jeans.
