I ordered a 2022 Ram 2500 Laramie with 6.7 in it on June 15, 2021. I took delivery on 10/27/21. I haveba friend who ordered a 3500 from Mark Dodge in Lake Charles. His is a big horn. Ordered in early October and took delivery in mid Feb.

Mine is missing 2 features that it was supposed to have but I can live without them. Blind spot monitoring and wireless phone charger. Everything else is there and so far, so good. I have 8k miles on it right now. That 12” screen sure is nice!

Funny you mention the seats. I was a F250 guy forever so when I decided to downsize to a half ton I just assumed it would be to a F150. The seats in the 2016 King Ranch were extremely uncomfortable. I took home a 1500 to drive for a couple days.....I knew 5 miles down the freeway it was the truck I would be ordering. The seats in the Longhorn package are awesome.

I drove a new ram rebel last year. **** thing drifted all over the road like a SOB. Really cool truck but it couldn’t drive straight even in West Texas.

If it had the air suspension on it then that, and the all terrain tires may be at fault for that. My wife and I test drove a Rebel before our Lonestar and they drove very differently. The Rebel rode rough and seemed to want to follow road imperfections. The Lonestar rode like a Cadillac in comparison and wasn’t effected nearly as much with road imperfections.

I assumed is was just a Ram thing. Maybe I’ll give em another shot sometime.

My 2021 Built to Serve edition 1500 is my favorite truck I have owned. My first Ram but certainly not my last. I’ve owned Fords and I’ve owned Chevys.

Good reviews. If Ford & GM don’t get their act together soon they may lose some loyal customers?

I bought one from Mark Dodge in Lake Charles, La last summer. It was probably the best experience buying a car/truck I've ever had. Never stepped foot in the dealership-everything done online. Their price was the best I could find.

They will deliver up to 250 miles for free, so I met them in a little town outside of Texarkana.

If/when I need another vehicle, they're at the top of my list.

Not sure on deals but Henson in Madisonville has lifetime drivetrain warranty. If you keep them a long time might be good to have. This is on used also.

Southfork in Manvel has this as well. If it's the same set up, it also covers used vehicles purchased with under 100k on the clock.

Awesome thanks for all the info.

A bit bummed the ram boxes aren't an option at the moment as those were on my list.

I think a power wagon will be a good fit. About the only thing I'm curious about is if you can run a gooseneck on one since the rear suspension is softer. It would be used rarely but I want the option.

You can put a gooseneck in anything. Just understand there are half tons with higher towing capacity than the Power Wagon.

Yea I noticed that. I assume because of lower spring rates. Just wondered if any of the other PW stuff (sway bars etc) interfered with a gooseneck.
