Let’s do it here, it’ll be my 5th. I’m on the board this year so shoot me your registration number via PM & we can probably be friends by the time it’s over. I came here to help.
That Battle of the Ironmen! No offense, CyTx, but my money is on Brent. I don’t know you, but I know Brent, and he and his wife are beasts when it comes to health and endurance!

Brent and CyTx, y’all come on to Bownanza, and we will have some competition.

I don't even take a whole one and it lets me get a very restful sleep waking up to feel so much better in the mornings.

If it can help my mom sleep (she is far worse than I am .... and I have terrible trouble), it can help anyone.

I don't get tested and not too worried about it, if for some strange reason I do get that request. It was recommended to me by someone above my pay grade at my work.

And for the record...I only use this for sleeping purposes. I hardly ever even take ibuprofen....so not interested in this for anything but sleep.
I know it legal. I just wanted to make sure that people knew they would test positive for THC if they took it. Look on youtube. There potheads getting toasted on Delta 8. It's apparently the manufacturing process that makes it legal. Delta 9 THC is the real deal. Delta 8 THC is manufactured from hemp I believe, but still will get you high, just a milder high.

Our city HR said there is no gray area. CBD will not be accepted as valid reason for a positive hit on THC. A confirmed test is termination.

Same here but to be honest i am not sure that cbd would help for my condition. At the moment it is really bad, maximum 3 hours a night

Went to sleep at 9:45 last night. Had to wake up at 12:45 this morning to give my daughter meds(she had tonsil surgery). Couldn’t go back to sleep.

Insomnia is a symptom of Parkinson’s that I’ve got. My neurologist prescribed me a pill that I can take and it will help me to fall asleep, but it won’t keep me asleep. If I wake up for any reason then I’m awake for the rest of the night. Typically melatonin helps me to fall asleep so I don’t have to take a prescription drug, but melatonin typically does not keep me asleep either. Insomnia never bothered me till about 9 months ago. It’s frustrating!! Exercise isn’t an answer for me as the more active I am, the worse my dystonia is, and dealing with dystonia is a LOT worse than dealing with insomnia!

One dropper of Delta 8 CBD oil (1 ml) and two 10 mg Melatonin and I am out in 10 minutes. Of course it doesn't hurt being retired with not much to worry about other than staying alive.[emoji1]

When I was working running high pressure, drop dead deadline construction jobs it was much more difficult to shut that mind off and get to sleep.

One of my brothers failed a drug test due to Delta 8. He told me the maximum limit on the drug test was 13 and his number was 14. It didn’t matter though and they refused to look into it further. So if y’all work and could possibly be drug tested then you might not want to take it.

Have you thought about doing a sleep test? I know its not all that appealing but I know many who were not sleeping well, did the test got a CPAP and sleep great. I hope you get it all figured out

One of the main things that has helped me with sleep as well as general calmness is guided breath work. I do a fifteen minute session and I can usually stay meditating for an hour or more. Also I have much better control of my breath while putting a load on my cardiac system.

I use breathwork beats on YouTube.

Plus I planted half my allowed plant count in heavy pain relief as well as sleep medicine.I’m very excited about them. I should get them outdoors in time for the July stretch.

CBD is not THC so……… better get a better supplier. Thats akin to buying gasoline and getting a tank full of diesel. Buying Aspirin and getting Pepto.
