That’d be Dr. Arnold to you, Gump. And I do get good sleep Every. Single. Night. It’s really not even debatable, not even by drive-by s#itposters bringing no facts.

Sleepless nights can be caused by a variety of things, including stress, anxiety and overactive thoughts. Studies have found that adding exercise to your routine can aide in a better night’s sleep.

I would go on but I doubt you can even read, so I won’t waste anymore time.

      That’s not it…..

I was gonna ask earlier about your diet but I remembered you stay in good shape.

I have been completely caffeine free since the day after Christmas. Very hard habit to break. I can now close my eyes at night and be done. I changed my diet the last 90 days and feel rested almost every day I wake up.

When I struggled with sleeping issues it was 100% due to stress.

Keep us posted if you figure out what works.

I don't even take a whole one and it lets me get a very restful sleep waking up to feel so much better in the mornings.

If it can help my mom sleep (she is far worse than I am .... and I have terrible trouble), it can help anyone.

I don't get tested and not too worried about it, if for some strange reason I do get that request. It was recommended to me by someone above my pay grade at my work.

And for the record...I only use this for sleeping purposes. I hardly ever even take ibuprofen....so not interested in this for anything but sleep.

I’m gonna luck in to it for sure

Those with Youtube on their tv's can look for Sleep videos that have black screens (No light!) and produce different frequencies of sound. Ive used them for the last 6 months or so, along with my 200 mg of trazadone and it has seemed to help. I set my sleep timer for 90 minutes on one of them, and get into much deeper sleep than normal. I even dream to some of them. Check it out!

Shift worker for 46 years. Been retired for 1.2 yrs. Still can't sleep worth a darn without meds. Occasionally Used chemicals for a long time (before retirement) but, have since gone to melatonin. Melatonin didn't seem to work very well when I was on shiftwork. But I still wake up a couple times during the night to pee. Hazards of gettin old, so I've heard.

Let’s do it here, it’ll be my 5th. I’m on the board this year so shoot me your registration number via PM & we can probably be friends by the time it’s over. I came here to help.

Honestly, no idea. I am not up to speed on the different brands. But I can tell you Zen Master works.

MrBoswell, take note of any lights you have one in your room. Blue lights are especially detrimental to disrupt your sleep pattern and brainwaves (circadian rhthym). My 7yo daughter was getting 10 hrs of sleep but a bear to wake up for school. One night I noticed her surge protector little blue LED light was illuminating the whole room blue. I covered it up and have to rebury it periodically between the wall and bed to smother the detrimental light. The cranky 7yo mornings was (almost) completely resolved.

Blue lights and green lights are very disruptive to me.

Consider, putting the cell phone in the bathroom to physically and mentally disengage from the world and technology too. Get an alarm clock.

My 3yo and 5yo get up most everynight to pee in my bathroom and turn on and leave lights on. I have to get up and turn them off, otherwise I cant sleep. Ill take the annoyance of turning off left on lights versus a pee bed and washing sheets any day of the week.

                            Good luck MrBoswell.

Same , but I have a wife that turns on the kitchen light and wakes me up when the dogs need to go outside
I wake up wishing the day was already done

Tried KAVA but it tasted like muddy water

Even a meth head could sleep after 112 miles with a bike seat up your ace. Screw that.

I'll stick to boobs and bourbon
