As long as right of way is being discussed..

3 lanes (at least) in one direction like on the interstate. The law says a lane change can only be made if safe so you can’t legally change lanes into another vehicle.

One vehicle is in lane 1 and the other is in lane 3. Both move into the unoccupied lane at the same time and hit each other. Who is at fault?
    Both
    Neither
    The one to the left
The one to the right (closest to curb or shoulder)

Need to know the make of the vehicles. If either one is a Dodge then it is at fault. If both are Dodges then both are at fault.

By process of elimination it is not a Ford since they are still in the shop.

I didn’t think that need to be stated.

Some things I thought were accepted as scientific fact.

any time a vehicle is turning left there is a requirement to yield to other traffic,,, seldom used and even less known

I thought it was Found On Road Dead?

That was the example set growing up.

Never heard of the Ram Death Wobble. is that optional or standard?

                    Well, he’s also dead, so…

All kidding aside, he was a good man and had a significant impact on my life, mainly because I won some sort of driving award—one I wasn’t even aware I was in the running for, which means I wasn’t even trying to win (that’s how good i am)—and now, every time my husband feels the need to criticize my driving, I simply ask him, “And who’s the only one in this family to win a driving award? Hmm??”

Doesn't sound too significant, lol. Darwin awards are given and bragging about them isn't even an option for the winners[emoji12]
All kidding aside, it's great to have people who in our lives who make a possitive impact. I'm glad he was a good man in your life.

Mr. Dickinson doesn’t know it, but he provided me a “trump card” to play each time my husband criticizes my driving, and I can play it for the REST OF MY LIFE!

                        Significant? I would say so.
