In my opinion when Buccees comes to a small town, it ain’t all sunshine and roses, not by a long shot.

From what I herd a few years ago there were plans to build one in Texarkana. I herd it got shot down because of what you mention

Only thing good in Huntsville is the Eye Candy and that isnt along the freeway. Ill go to Woodys before Buccees.

I have not seen a mom and pop convenience store/gas station in many years. Most are chain stores/gas stations run by people wearing sandals.

As a counterpoint, before Bucees most places had a one holer restroom that was an afterthought. Never clean and usually downright disgusting and nasty.
