        I tried last year to get help burning a place tried everyone from Texas parks and wildlife, USDA, NRCS etc. got the same response from each, “ we don’t do that anymore, liability insurance is to high” they referred me to some contract guys that would do it but the cost was over the top.

              All evacuated residents in Bastrop County have been allowed to return as of Thursday.
