Jsapp and I fished the Sharktooth Shootout shark tourney in POC last weekend. We caught a few sharks, but nothing worth turning in.

We did pick up a few big bulls the last few hours before weigh-in.







The drags were screaming! I never thought I’d experience “disappointment” in seeing near 50” redfish on the line!

Neighbor rented a place in Olivia and here with him now. Catching trout from before dark until now. Biggest was 18” and all the sand trout you want

Trout bite is hard to find and doesn’t last long around here. Got on them for about 30 minutes this morning. Every cast. Bad thing was they were all measure fish. I did keep a couple for lunch but they were both barely legal. I’m guessing 1 in 10 would box lately

My bite has picked up big time. Lots of big fat 20” plus trout. Monday was the most quality fish I think I’ve ever caught.

I have a perfect non-registerable dingy boat that I would like to put a small motor on to run baits out with in the surf. What are the odds I will get dinged just running baits out with a non registered boat on the beach?

Might depend on the beach. I don't trust them park rangers at PINS to not go full blown nazi mode, there's always one rookie out there who's trying to change the world.

This year in the ULM has been an outstanding year. The freeze was like fertilizer for the fish... my buddy and I have had several 25s & 26s a 27, 29 and 30" trout. A couple of weeks ago I had 17 trout over 20". Also, reds have been stacked up all year in the same places and we have also caught flounder each trip. So, it's been a great year for me...

I even took my 11yo daughter on a kids tournament 2 weeks ago and she took heavy stringer, heavy trout, and 2nd heavy red!

Me,Mexico, Mayhem & Panhandlehunter hit it again. Wasn't as fast & furious as Monday ,plus a couple of guys had to be somewhere so we were off the water at 10;30. Still a great one. We released 6 trout & 2 reds to fight again. Justin & Philip took these & 3 more home. Philip had his 3 & left earlier. Great day on the water with even Better company! Thanks Again Guys for giving me the sled ride. Greatly Appreciated!!
