Hopefully it calms down. It says calm today and it’s way too rough for me to try it. Winds are light and supposed to stay light so tomorrow may be good.

This is what I use and I find it to be the most accurate. Also money well spent is Saltwater Recon. Live cameras so you can verify forecast.

Its leaps and bounds more accurate. Swell info used to be good its not anymore for some reason.

I am headed down to the Rockport area this weekend to target reds and trout and was thinking about taking my live scope. Has anyone ever tried using it to target fish in the bay?

I am headed down to the Rockport area this weekend to target reds and trout and was thinking about taking my live scope. Has anyone ever tried using it to target fish in the bay?

My $800 down/side imaging hasn't really benefited me at all in the bay. Just a bunch of smooth rolling sand flats down there with the occasional old crab trap or broken channel marker. I see schools of fish but I have never been successful just casting down into them and catching them. Having said all that...I'm not using Live Scope.

Justin and I had been talking for a while about getting our boats done in Safefloor. His turned out awesome, got mine back as well today. It's an amazing product.
