    They need to require him to put some effort into the place as well


    If he's bringing guests in to shoot deer not in his tags, the lease manager needs to deal with him. At least make him buy two spots

    May need better set of rules for requirements and restrictions. I don't like those things but with someone like him, may need them

        This is an odd thread……

        I could not possibly care less if a fellow lease member is doing everything possible to see more deer. I know I am and that is all that matters.

          Jokes aside…I know the type of guy you speak of having issue with. I’ve been around them and yeah they bother the hell outta me. But like everyone else said. Just avoid the guy and don’t go outta your way for them and carry on. You have the seniority over him so why the hell would you let it bother you enough to just drop a lease?

          I sympathize, but like my wife told me when I had a similar issue “you don’t have to live with em or even talk to them, get over it”
