Figured I would provide an update on my property in Mason County. It’s been quite a project to get to this point but we are 95% there. The kitchen still needs some finishing touches, need to re-do the well house and build a house for the water heater, build a small deck off the back door, and install skirting around the rest of the cabin.

My wife did some before and after pictures. What a difference. The cabin basically doubled in size plus a huge front porch. Yes, I could have bought a manufactured home cheaper at this point but I think this is nicer and will hold value.

Also, with all the rains the land looks amazing.

It was a combined effort. I would say they did a lot of the “heavy lifting” and my wife and I did everything else we could to save money.
