If Kelly can consistently win at Notre Dame, he will win at LSU. I can’t imagine him not being able to win with the type of players he can recruit at LSU vs Notre Dame.

Kind of like Dan Mullen winning with 3 star players at Miss St will do awesome at Florida with 5 star players?
