used to call it Trust Development earnings. she just took out a sizable loan, and is now building her trust equity back up!
again, very happy that it is just a learning experience and everyone is OK. Can't imagine how far your heart jumped when they came up the drive

Four wheelers and mules aren't toys. They are made to work with. I tried to teach my kids that and if they didn't listen (when I saw them and I know you didn't, then I would tell them to get them off and no more. Hope they learned. Maybe I think.
Have a niece that has scars today after running a gator through a Gaucho five strand barb wire fence. Lucky it didn't cut her head off.
Just trying to let you guys know from my experiences, in hopes a kid doesn't get hurt and learns how to ride one properly. Sometimes they listen, I think????
Glad God looked out for them.
