I’m in!!!
Quick change of clothes, equipment check, .3 mile walk to stand and I’m in a tree in Kansas!
This property is consistent for having a big deer to hunt. I’m set up on a wind break with cut Milo to my South and cut beans to my North. Deer trail 5 steps from my tree running thru the choked up cedars and hackberry’s.
Property is set up for a West & South wind hunt.
The last time I hunted here, I brought Talen on a muzzloader hunt and we were after a really big deer here. We never laid eyes on him. Im hoping thats not the case this week.
Straight West wind working in our favor.

Just had a beautiful Pheasant Rooster come thru and he busted when I went to take a pic.

Wind has calmed way down and I have Turkeys cutting up in the distance.
