A whole chicken is about 6-7$. A pound and a half of breast are about the same. I think I’ll pay the 6$ and remove the chance of the ****s. I’m not that hungry and a “cleanse” does not sound that appealing.
We’re you up all night with the ****s or just because?

Just because. I sleep in small portions. I don't know why. Have gotten that way the older I get. If someone told my younger self at some point in my life I'd be up at 8:00a.m. on a Sunday I'd have called them a bold faced liar. I hate it.

Gettin up to pee, gettin up to get a drink, waking up because I heard a noise. Sucks.

If I could I'd sleep until 3:30p.m. on the weekends after going to bed at 10:00 the evening before. I require at least 12 hours to run properly. Don't usually get it but that's what I need. One problem is I work with a 21 year old kid and he kept texting me every hour or so. He was at a party, drunk. So I guess he decided to help me stay up. Hell I may as well have gotten drunk too. I don't do that on purpose anymore.

I'll be dang. That's interesting. Heck I'd try it too you just don't see a lot of those running around. I know a few people that have them but I've never had the opportunity to eat any.

Heck yeah! May as well it ain't doing anyone any good on the road. I've noticed road killed deer don't last long around here, especially in the Winter. People pick them up quick!

Of course most ain't doing it legally I'm sure but they're doin it.

I dont know, I saw Bear Grills eat off a maggot filled carcass once. Just ate the parts that didn't have maggots on it and he said it was fine. I'm not advocating it, just saying I've seen it. Of course, I think he's a tool , so there is that...

Yeah he did a lot of things I'd do if I....you know....didn't want to survive. I'll pass on the maggots.

I never really understood that guy. He drank his own pee and come to find out he probably had a Gatorade in his pocket. That's just being psychologically messed up when you start doing things like that.

KFC, Popeyes, Church’s chicken all come to mind first before roadkill chicken. Never once have I driven by something dead on the road and think “I sure want to eat that”. Seems wrong if you are a decent hunter or fisherman.

Seems like a hunter or fisherman would be most likely to do it to me. City folks probably not. Eating something dead seems like.....Food.

A dollar saved is a dollar made. I had two options. Pick up that chicken and make it myself or drive 15 miles and pay $10 at KFC for the same thing plus gas wasted. I chose to do the work myself.

I'm a penny pincher. If I can make a dollar or save one I will no doubt. I ain't poor but I could be tomorrow. That's how I look at life. Just because I have it today don't mean nothin. The life I've lived has made me that way.

Nothing wrong with it just make sure you rub the gravel out of it

I have know people that basically got the majority of their meat consumption from either hunts or road kill… they all seemed rather healthy…

I personally wouldn’t even stop to look at roadkill, let alone pick it up and think about eating it. To each his own.
