I couldn't possibly try to rebuild my post count before Christmas. I'd lose my job!

I ain't worried about the post counts. It's what people say, not how many times they post that matters to me. So often people with high post counts are confused with people who really know what they are talking about.

So - spend more time hunting and learning so when you do post, people listen.

Removing post counts IS an option on this forum, and we may exercise the ability to remove them if we feel like the quality of threads isn't what it should be.

Me too, Cotton! The post count encourages too much senseless garbage.

By that, I don't mean every post has to be a gem. It's ok to shoot the bull sometimes. But it speaks to motive. If the only reason for your post is to increase your post count, then we don't need it. Just my opinion.
