When there’s been an absentee owner for years it’s remarkable how neighbors get defensive when somebody buys an adjoining property and actually plans to use it.

My neighbor is not a hillbilly. But he is a PITA about the fence we share. He could be President, VP, Secretary and Treasurer of the TBH GOF team. I think were gonna be on the #147th time I've been told the property lines are off conversation next time we see each other.
He is retired from the west Texas oil patch. Still has all his fingers. I always heard those were worth 10k each when lost. True or not who knows? He has lost most of both ears which is odd. Never heard how much those were worth? Anyways, he can't hear jack so he yells at you the entire time your visiting with him. Then when he is talking wait, screaming whilst on his phone its really obnoxious from 200yards out.
      Neighbor rant over. Carry on!

Linked cell cameras monitoring every gate, house deer stand/food plot. Asset management tools are your friend.
