I know this is unpopular, but Timber Rattlers are protected, and I think they are the most beautiful snake we have,even prettier than a freshly shed Copperhead.
We should do our best to give them distance and let them go about their business.

Be careful about saying you killed certain snakes or even posting pictures of said snakes you may have killed. Many of these are protected species and can land a person in big big trouble. That King snake is protected as are most non-venomous snakes and even a few of the rattle snakes.
