So now that we've had a few weeks to watch things unfold have your thoughts changed on when OU/UT will move? The conventional wisdom has been they will find a way to move for next season. Now I'm not so sure if they can pull that off. The "remaining 8" don't seem to have many good options going forward yet so you know they will do everything they can to hold OU/UT to their contract or pay them off. You know the lawyers are working overtime to get it settled. Trying to recruit kids to a team when you can't tell them what conference they'll be in has to be difficult.

I have to believe that the powers that be have it already figured out. Here is how I see it.
Option 1 leave next year because the remaining 8 get scattered to other conferences. Option 2 leave next year because we paid the buyout and move on. Seems no way they dangle in the wind for 2-3 more years. Eltife has this thing orchestrated (at least so far) and my guess is they are waiting to see what happens before they pay out or even discuss a pay out.
