I told my wife that we were going to go to Panchos. She said no we are not! I said it’s a part of our history that we have to pass down to our boys. The youngest was too young to remember. I will post an update with pictures when we get a chance to take them.

There used to be a Pancho's in Plano. My MIL loved it. We would go there a few times for her. We would leave and by time we got home, there was 3 of us fighting for 2 toilets. And we only lived a half mile away.

Amazing how many girlymen there are that get the ****s from food that isn't hot or spicy at all.

It's one of the few places that ever bothered me.

Yup....dang sissy guts. Same folks talk about eating someplace and it immediately gives them the ****s....which is physically impossible..

Haven't eaten at a Panchos in years, because they replaced the shopping center it was in with apartments ..... but as a working broke college kid, me and my buddies used to frequent places like Panchos, CiCis, Mr. Gattis and Grandys for all you can eat at cheap prices so we spend anything else we had on beer and fishing. Panchos was a regular on the "splurge day" rotation. I'd have no issue eating at one today. You just go in knowing what it is and you enjoy.. Would be a cool walk down memory lane..lol

Back in HS we would wear out Pancho's in Richardson until it got shut down. When they put the one in Plano there was something different. It just was not as good. I still get all up in some LJS and other Mexican places and it don't bother me at all.

The only thing that messes my stomach up is really hot peppers. No clue how enchiladas, tacos, rice and beans does that to these weenuses.

I assume if I ate food out of a dumpster it would give me the sh*** too.
