I bought some. My 2 cents... it's a mixer. It's just ok.

Initial reaction from glass one, Ron Zacapa Sistema 23 Solera: Very easy to drink, no burn, no bite, good flavor, very sweet. Stoutened up glass two. Let’s see how it does.

Then you will find one from those listed earlier that you will really like. I dont know why but I mostly drink rum during the cooler months. Once it warms up I prefer vodka.

I typically drink vodka and sparkling water….no sweet there. This rum is sweeter than I am used to.

Just can’t do Bourbon at all. Tried several and they are a no go.

That’s funny I drink exactly the opposite, prefer vodka in the winter, just bought my first new bottle of rum today for the summer, no frigate reserve here in Rockport so went with Diplomatico.
