1st thing you do is brown some ground meat and mix with minced sauteed onion and creamcheese...Next thing you do is core out the inside of the squash so that a jalapeno will fit into it. stuff the jalapeno with with meat mix and then stuff the jalapeno into the squash. Wrap the end of the squash with bacon and throw onto the grill until the bacon is cooked. Slice into medallions and now you have Texas Sushi........

enchiladas. cut them long ways and put them in a hot pan with onions and green chilis until everything is soft. roll the mixture in corn torts with shredded chicken, cheese, tonys, and sour cream. put them in a dish cover with cheese and sour cream and slip em' in the oven for a little bit to melt it all togather. good eatin'

I sliced the squash, onions, potatoes and bell peppers about 3/4" thick and covered with olive oil sprinkled a few seasoning over them and stuck em in the ice box last night. Before I put them on the grill I am going to add some butter and when they get done cooking I plan to sprinkle cheese on top of the concotion and melt it.
