Only catch is I can't use much salt at all. I have substitutes to add though.

Its going with Lemon Grilled Tilapia fillets.

      Ingredients
      8-10 bnls. Tilapia fillets
2 (or so) Tbls. Olive Oil
      2 Tbls. Lemon Pepper Seasoning
      1 Tbls. Garlic Salt
      3 Tbls. Fresh Dill Chopped
      pinch of Kosher salt
      Juice of 1 Lemon

      Directions
      Drizzle Olive Oil over fish
Season the fish with all the dry spices and Dill
Squeeze the juice of the lemon to cover the fish
      Let Marinate for 15 min.
Grill over med/high heat 6-8 min per side until done( I use a fish grill basket that holds the fish in place while it cooks)

1st thing you do is brown some ground meat and mix with minced sauteed onion and creamcheese...Next thing you do is core out the inside of the squash so that a jalapeno will fit into it. stuff the jalapeno with with meat mix and then stuff the jalapeno into the squash. Wrap the end of the squash with bacon and throw onto the grill until the bacon is cooked. Slice into medallions and now you have Texas Sushi........

Cut up squash, zuchini, onion, mushrooms, bell pepper, whatever. Place in foil and sprinkle some Dale's steak seasoning over it and seal. Throw it on the grill and cook till tender.

I cut it 3/4 inch thick, put it on the grill like a burger and brush it with a butter/garlic powder mixture.

This is the way we do it too and it turns out absolutely delicious...It is also a good way to get the kids to eat it. They love it too...

I sliced the squash, onions, potatoes and bell peppers about 3/4" thick and covered with olive oil sprinkled a few seasoning over them and stuck em in the ice box last night. Before I put them on the grill I am going to add some butter and when they get done cooking I plan to sprinkle cheese on top of the concotion and melt it.
