    Keep in mind that you will be living in your hunting area. The animals will know you are there. That being said go for it, nothing like hunting on your own land.

      It’s only takes a small area but location location location is most important.

      I have 20 acres I hunt at home but the location makes it a gold mine, I hunt one small spot on the north end near a creak and oil well site that create a funnel with perfect access.
      I’m right outside of town surrounded in i hunted small tracts, pastures, and neighborhoods.
      My property is a corridor they travel from one end of the deer populated area to the other. I’ll have 18-22 bucks every season visit my scrape camera.

      Where ever I looked if I were you I would scout the area well before the purchase.
