I have one and have no issues with it. Two guys with rifles its ok but if you bow hunt by yourself its pretty comfortable.

Is it hard to assemble in the field and did y’all buy the cover for it?

Quite a few nuts and bolts but numbered pieces to make sure what goes where. I would suggest assembling the floor/rails in back yard. Then put legs together and bolt to base once in field. I dont have the cover but I have been happy with it. I have only done solo hunts on it but I eat for two and it hasn't budged in the slightest. Try out the bench seat first before trying something else in place of it. I like it and makes very comfortable sitting and quiet

I did exactly as above- assembled the floor and rails at home (2 hrs with a buddy and a few cold beverages) and then put the legs on in the field. No cover on mine and I removed the bench after the season and will put it back on before fall.

PIA in the field. Assemble beforehand. Also, the cover is trash if you leave it out very long. Wind and sun deteriorates it in no time. The stand itself is not bad.

Great point about bench seat. Made of a mesh fabric and will probably degrade quickly in the summer. I need to go remove and store my bench. Thanks for reminder

If the weight rating is certified by a third party, such as UL or TMA, the ratings is likely around 1/3 of the break strength of the stand. 50 or 100 extra pounds won’t get you anywhere near exceeding its structural capacity.
