                Here is my anatomy chart. I would have to add to legdogs list: with your indifferent hand, adding=> rear deltoid(side head also), pectoris major, triceps to name a few. It is mostly rear deltoid, rhomboids and trapezius. A dumbell or rear deltoid cable exercise 3-4 times per week for about 5-6 sets of 10-15 with increased weight will do the trick.

                            Some basic exercises for those areas are -
                            Lat Pull Down
                            Pull Ups (Palms facing away)
                            Bent Over Rows
                            Push Ups
                            Seated Rows
