Such creative thinkers here!! I love it!
I live in a small neighborhood of about 30 homes and the one thing I cannot stand is a grumpy, unsociable neighbor. Therefore, I hate to be THAT neighbor. I can let it slide when it happens one time. The second time?? No, I don't think so!Comment

Being such a good neighbor, why not install a dog waste container in your front yard?
Or take a pic of said poop and post Dog Poop Found flyers around the neighborhood.

I had some young girls walking their dog on my street let it pee on my front yard, I was in the house and saw them through the window. I said "Young ladies, please get the garden hose and water down that area so it does not kill my lawn". They looked at me like I was crazy. I said again to do it, or else I'd follow them home at a distance, and have their father come over and do it for them. They did.
The reason people will do it, is because 99% of people do not want to be confrontational when somebody is violating their property. I joke I have OPD- Obnoxious Person's Disorder. I can go from nice to nasty in about 1 second if it's warranted. It must be heriditary, since my wife swears my parents had it too.

I had that problem once. I scooped it up threw it on the guys car hood and windshield, when he asked me what the h--- was wrong with me, I told him if I wanted dog poo in my yard I would own a dog. Then I asked him why he was ****** about it on his car, he said it was a nice car and it was not right. I told him my yard is nice and it is not right. Since then no more dog poo in my yard.Comment

A guy walked his dog by and did that in my yard "ONE" time. I came running out and told him to take it with him. He said he didn't have any bags, so I said - wait here, I'll be right back. I brought him a plastic shopping bag and handed it to him.
Then I put a sign in the yard with a red circle and a slash mark through it...over a dog doing a squat. Everyone got a kick out of that. No more dog piles!
