    Creekside Cookers in Wimberley. It's as good as brisket gets. One you get to that level its impossible to do better.

                  Haven't had a bad meal off our Rec Teq Bull, 700 yet. Dependable results and so much easier than any other smoker we have owned. So impressed with the RecTeq experience, I just ordered another one of their grills, the Bullseye, to add to my arsenal. It’s a kettle type grill like a Weber, but is fed by pellets. Great grills.

                    If I have the time, I go stick burner. But if I’m up against time issues, I use my vertical pellet smoker. nice to put 10 dz
                    Texas Twinkies on there and forget about them.
                    You won’t get as much smoke flavor as a stick burner, but it makes some pretty good Q. These are cooked on my vertical pellet.
