Good news, we managed to get tickets this morning. The folks that we parked next to camped in the pick up and stood in line overnight because they did not get tickets last night. We were very fortunate

I hope this is right. I’d like to get a decent camper

I thought that too. Problem is tons of people way over paid for their campers and think they are going to get what they owe out of them. I saw a guy list a nearly brand new 5er last fall for 50k. My friend bought the same one brand new just a couple months earlier for 38k.

That depreciation is gonna kill them. But then again, maybe repo campers will be the thing to have!

Glad it worked out for you and your family’s vacation. Your post brought out a lot of good info on ideas, things to do, places to see, etc. in that area. Thanks to all who posted this useful info, I just might need it in the future.

We headed to Rattlesnake Springs. Cool little oasis. We had already hit the park on the River the afternoon before and spent another hour there this afternoon. Plan on going to the Living Desert Zoo and botanic garden’s tomorrow before heading home.
