I’m still puckered due to the close lion encounter and the tsetse fly action! Don’t need to come home with the sleeping sickness.

Is the cat back? I missed that I guess.

Good [emoji559]yall. I stuck a croc with my bow and talk about a incredible ride in the boat for 3 hours in the dark with crocs and hippos everywhere...[emoji848]...in the dark!!! He cut the nylon under some stumps.....but he was tiring out. We only saw him twice during that time.. [emoji856]Been a grind, we have huge bodied crocs but they won't come to bait until right after dark for my bow peep in the new spot. Gonna try again tonight. 3 day countdown. Got only the female on the leopard [emoji249]bait......all day and night pics of her.....no sign of the Tom![emoji15] The hyena bait had a hit yesterday so we will check that bait shortly. We set another grass blind for a kudu in the 60 inch range but that is just a prayer at best. We tried a stalk on him and makes my kudu look like a hill country cull.
Oh, we got stuck going thru a elephant wallow and needed to winch out for the second time on this trip, then 3 hours later I stuck a BIGGER baboon, then about an hour later I stuck myself with the bloody baboon arrow in the leg!!!![emoji37] Tetnus shot better work .......lol!!!Click image for larger version

3 or 4 hyenas on the hyena bait .......but 2 am - 4 am both nights it has been out.[emoji849] Croc bait alterations have been made to funnel them broadside to the bait at about 13 yds. Trail camera for my leopard [emoji249] only showed a Genet Cat. [emoji856] Pressure is building with only 2.5 days left in the valley. Covid alert s are being sent as things are worsening in Republic of South Africa and Zambia [emoji1268]......I have to go through both airports to get back to Doha, and then Houston.
