Closing officially took place Monday! Equipment and gate openings are in transition and taking shape! Materials for the shop will be dropped off today with construction beginning shortly! Sometimes closings are challenging and this one has proven to be the blue ribbon winner in that department. Kick off has officially commenced

It has presented its own challenges that is for sure, but the good thing is the volume that the builder and I do keeps prices well under what an individual one time project would cost I have had a readily available supply of wood, but the cost definitely has fluctuated with the current market!

Got all of the development areas mowed to prepare for the shop pad/construction and the well. Coming together a little at a time and should be on the road to completion fairly soon as long as this awesome weather continues!

On this project, the owner requested a 200 yd rifle range right outside his shop door. It is still taking shape, but we are off and running! Should come in handy for a last minute zero or an evening of plinking
