This project is going to be a little different than the previous ones because it
already has a contract on it and will be a build to suit! I am really excited about doing a project from this angle because it allows the future owner to put their own stamp on the build process!
San Bois Ranch is located in Haskell County Oklahoma and contains 192 acres according to the recent survey. There is county road frontage on two sides and 3/4 mile of San Bois Creek running through the heart of it all! There are two access points giving the future owner access across the creek at anytime by convenient use of the county road. The future owner has decided on a shop design and the rest will just unfold as we move along! Excited to see how this one turns out
