If they get back in the brush they should be ok. Blackbuck on the other hand have a habit of staying in the open and freezing.

The blackbuck are gonna get hit hard with this one. Single digits is gonna get a ton of them. The axis should be fine for the most part. I just put out a bunch of extra feed.

Last time it snowed in Harper a good friend lost 2 adult females and 10 young axis. I predict several more this time.

We will lose some I'm sure. They have been laid up somewhere the last couple days because I haven't seen hardly anything moving or coming out to feed.

Saw hundreds eating when driving around fm1376 & fm 473 today after it was 3*-4* all night, 4-6 inch snowy,
