you'll see all backing up after a good rain, as the leach lines wont be able to drain, and you'll get back up into the house and God awful smell... i replaced mine with an Aerobic system, only because the county will not allow you to replace anything on the septic system , it seems like a scam between the county and the sellers / installers of said systems making you maintain a annual contract for upkeep as well
look for the greenest part of your yard, those the leach lines / lateral lines those can be replaced
