Luckily we have several kinfolk around us that are better prepared for these temps than we are. We’re across the street at my cousins house watching TV (generator) and a warm fire. Prayers up for the folks that don’t have anywhere to go

My heat pump or something just went out. Hope to get it fixed in the morning and before the worst temps hit. Thankful to have a wood stove!

I hope so as well! If not I’ve got a couple places I can go to for the week.

Started blowing really cold air last night then started heating again. Today didn’t run much but this afternoon it blew really cold air. I put on emergency heat setting and it continued to blow cold. Called my local guy and he will be here 7am! Should have it going again tomorrow. Low refrigerant, reverse valve or pump are my guess. Will find out tomorrow and update.
