Remodel advice/question on selling house.

Well, I ain't completely updating the house. Done a few things over the years.

Think I will replace the carpet with tile in master bath and paint what needs painting and call it good.

I also need to re roof the detached garage. need to go from shingles to metal to match the house.

i figure(hope) that a house on 5+ acres close to Austin will sell pretty well... when the time comes.
