Foam fill E Bike tires ? anyone done it?

I used some supposedly bad arse sealants at lanwr and while it drastically reduced the amount of flats I got, I still got some. Started using these and wont go back. However they dont make them for the 4" wide fat tires.

Heavily slimed tubes, Mr Tuffy Liners on ebike.
One flat out of 5 bikes this trip, just needed to air up and go.

Have had puncture seal up while biking. Have also had a complete blow out and had to walk the bike back.

I carry the tools and spare tube in a saddle bag for worst case scenario.

have heard good things about Tannus stuff. Looking at this tire. seems alot more stouter than the others.

it is a Vee Huntsman tire
